Session Rates & Financial Information
Please review the information below regarding fees, health insurance coverage, payment methods, and appointment policies.
Session Rates
$200 per session coded as 90837. Financial consideration can be extended depending on individual circumstances.
I am committed to providing service that does not create financial distress. I am willing to explore payment options to support healing.
Insurance and Medicare Coverage
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or Medicare. My office can assist you but please personally check your coverage. Consider asking the following questions:
• Do I have mental health insurance benefits that allow me to see Barbara Snow DSW/LCSW? Do I have "out of network" options?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover and what is my co-payment per session?
Payment Methods
PayPal, Venmo, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Session payments can be made securely online through our payment portal.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not provided notice at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
